Crosslinks between heavy and light lysines

Hello, 

I am trying to identify crosslinks between heavy and light lysines, but am running into difficulty. So far as I can tell, pLink is not capable of identifying a crosslink on a modified lysine. If anyone has succeeded in doing this, I'd love to get your advice on what combination of configuration files worked for you.
