pLABEL and annotated spectra

Hi pLINKERS,

I'm spending many efforts to obtain annotated spectra, but I had several difficulties loading files on pLABEL. Actually when I loaded the MS/MS files, the plabel software crashed. When I tried to load on pLabel files from load plabel file, I can only load COMMON peptides (as plabel file).
Do you have any suggestion or comments?
