Unable to install pLink-SS and pLink

We are trying to use pLink to determine disulfide bond cross-linking.

We were able to download and install either plink or plink- SS individually.

However plink-SS will not install if link is present.

If plink-SS is already installed then installing plink will delete the plink-SS installation.

Plink-SS seems to require the presence of plink as there is no plink.exe file included in the plink-SS distribution.

Could you please clarify how to install these applications.
