pLink 1.14 released

Dear all,

pLink 1.14 is now released. This version has following changes:

* FDR control is now supported.

Example:

fdr=0.05

in pLink.ini will give an FDR control at 5%. 

This parameter is not necessary and will be at 5% by default.

 

* Search mode can be seleted now.

Example:

search_mode=1

in pLink.ini will forces program to run under open mode. And 0 for exhaustion mode.

It is strongly recommended that do not use exhaustion mode for large database.

This parameter is not necessary. It will be exhaustion mode for small database, open mode for large database automatically.

 

* Bugs found when using MGF from other instruments are now fixed.
