no hyperlink to view spectra after pLINK search is done and unable to view using pLabel

Hi All,

I have just started to use pLINK recently and I was able to get pLINK to run without any issues. When I clicked into "report > general.html", and navigate through the results as in the user guide, I can see crosslinks in the tables but I don't have the hyperlink to visualise the spectrum in table 2.1.5. The user guide said that there should be a hyperlink for easy viewing..did I do something wrong here?

Also, when I tried to view the spectrum using a different method, by opening pLabel, then selecting the output plabel file, I run into this message:

To which I am not able to get past by clicking 'confirm' or 'OK' because I get this message:

But there isn't anything to select!..so the only option is to click cancel..which causes pLabel to stop working and close with the following error logged:

If anyone has any suggestions what to do, please let me know.
