Hello - long time no see!

We've been busy, working on a number of things around the API, and
other initiatives (see http://ideas.plings.net), but we're also trying
to deal with some of the fundamentals, so....

Linked Activities:
Activities can be linked in the Input API, so that similar activities
can be grouped together (e.g. a set of 6 weekly sessions of Painting
could be linked). Until now this data has not been published in the
Output API.

Al implemented changes yesterday to allow you to see if an activity
has other activities linked to it in a simple XML call to the API. A
new field is returned in the <activity> element - e.g.
<linkedActivities>13</linkedActivities>.

If you do a follow up request on a single activity you will
automatically be sent details of all linked activities that have yet
to take place. There is an optional parameter that you can add to your
URL if you want to gather linked activities that have passed. These
are delivered in a new element in the single activity XML data, with a
'count' attribute e.g. <linkedActivities count="97">

Full details have been added to the Output API documentation. Links to
the specific areas are in the header section of the page on the wiki.

Questions, feedback, praise and (..erm) its opposite all welcome.
Cheers
David
