10-year anniversary

Hi all,

I'm not sure if anyone's aware, but this is the 10-year anniversary of the knitting club at McGill! It was started in the 2002-03 school year as the McGill Knitting Knetwork. It was pretty popular from the beginning, with about 200 people on the mailing list and ~10 people at each meeting. Aside from weekly meetings, we had some fun events like a trip to NYC to visit knitting stores there, some fundraising events, and knitting Olympics.

So good to see it's still going strong! Happy 10-year anniversary!

I can't believe it has been that long! I may have a mcgill daily clipping around somewhere about the first or second knitting Olympics. Ha.
