The Town of Pleasant Valley is seeking applicants for the Board of
Assessment Review.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have knowledge of local
property values, and if appointed attend a four hour training course.
The Board meets once a year on the 4th Tuesday in May to hear
assessment complaints, along with the possibility of follow-up or
deliberative thereafter.
All applicants must submit a letter of interest to the Town Clerk,
Mary Beth Muir, by email at town...@pleasantvalley-ny.gov on or
before December 4, 2020.
