§ April 2^nd is preferred but April 1^st OR 8^th are back up dates based on venue availability.

§ 3PM to 6PM time slot has been recommended to allow reasonable time for preparations.

Utsav Venue identification status:

§ Dublin location has been recommended.

§ Livermore temple halls are not available on April 2^nd. $$ is high.

§ Fallon Middle school is not available on April 2^nd / 9^th – Spring break.

§ Dublin, Pleasanton and San Ramon school reach outs will continue the week of Feb 6^th.*

¾ Proper positioning of the participants on the stage for clear spectator visibility.

¾ Pick a right theme and Present the moral at the end of skit.

¾ Props preparations, costumes etc. for effective presentation.

§ Samuhik geet:

¾ Any Sakha songs from geet ganga.org

¾ Devotional, Inspirational songs

¾ A guiding list of songs will be provided.

§ Dance:

¾ Folk / Regional dances

¾ Strictly No Bollywood dance.
