Namaste All,

Please attend this baithak without fail, your presence is required to make this utasv successful. Please find conf call and other details as below:

Conference Call:

Agenda and task details:
- Going through Samaya Sarini
 - Activities/Task allocation.
     - Calling/Remainders to sampark list. Remainder email will go to all.
     - Alankarana mateial, photos, Tilak (optional),  Hundi, Akshatha,
Flowers, Music system,
       Gift/certificate for kids, Vayakthik Geet, Parichay, Prasad
distribution, Taking pictures.

Samay Sarini:
 All the KK's has to come 30 minutes before the shakha
  20mins for Alankaranam

Shakha starts:
5 min - Warm up
20 min - Games for Adults & Kids
30 min - Distribution of Guru poojan form/envelope including pens/pencils.
             Soochanas to fill the Poojan forms
             Shishu gana show their drawings,
             Bala gana tell their stories
             Demonstration of Guru pooja,
             All families to do pooja.
30 min - Sangha Sanchalak Parichay, Vayakthik Geet, Baudhik Story session for kids.
5 min -  Gift/Certificate distribution to Shishu & Bala, Soochanas, Amruthavachan, Subhaashitam & Prarthana

dhanyavAdh for attending last night gurudakshina conf call, and sorry for the confusion in dial in number.

Here are the notes from our meeting, please respond if I missed any thing we discussed.
  • Samay Sarini will follow as planned.
  • Put tilak on forehead of shakha families - Mens - Aayush, Ladies - Akansha
  • All KK's should arrive at shakha venue at 4.30pm
  • Vaiyaktik geet - Sanjeev ji
