Dear all,

Today engineer from Laser science, Mr Amit visited to check the laser issue.

Laser keypad issue was not solved today.

According to engineer there can be a problem with the interfacing card or HHT cable of laser that connects to laser key pad.

He will be checking the availability of cord and card at local office of Mumbai and revert back.

SO: Kindly change the status of PLD on slotbooking module.

When we switch on the LASER, it is showing message "Connection time out" on the laser keypad (No initialization). I think problem is in the back panel or in the laser keypad. Please look into the issue ASAP.

Dear all,

Engineer from Laser Science has checked laser today. It is not working.

Checks performed and findings

1. Wire connecting HHT and laser head replaced with new cord: problem was existing

2. Working Interface card was replaced and checked: problem was existing

3. Data cord connecting LCB module and working (new) interface card was replaced: problem was existing

4. LCB module is faulty, needs to be repaired or replaced.

We have requested for repair and/or replacement of LCB module which ever is possible and faster to procure.
