Dear Sir,
The PO processing for Laser control board has started.
As per the conditions of Coherent we have to do advance payment which is above 2 lakhs.
Due to this reason file is currently in Directors office for approval.
After approval it will go to Audit, Deans office and DRMM.
It will take atleast 5 working days.
Once the PO is sent to vendor we will request for shipment.

Please note LCB can’t be repaired, it has to be replaced with new one.
We have informed all details provided by our Engineer to our Experts for conclusion.
We shall come back to you with the quote for the LCB and if any additional spare is needed to make system fully operational.

Engineer from Laser Science has checked laser today. It is not working.
Checks performed and findings
1. Wire connecting HHT and laser head replaced with new cord: problem was existing
2. Working Interface card was replaced and checked: problem was existing
3. Data cord connecting LCB module and working (new) interface card was replaced: problem was existing
4. LCB module is faulty, needs to be repaired or replaced.
We have requested for repair and/or replacement of LCB module which ever is possible and faster to procure.

When we switch on the LASER, it is showing message "Connection time out" on the laser keypad (No initialization). I think problem is in the back panel or in the laser keypad. Please look into the issue ASAP.
