I think you switch on the laser within 20 min after switching it off.
I have faced the same problem once and at that time I could not use the system.

But next day when I switched on the laser it was switched on normally.

I have told this to saurabh jain also.

I think tomorrow it will be operated in normal way.

After having discussion with you, I approached Shailaja to fill Laser. But after switching on (before filling) the Laser pad was repeatedly showing error message: time out, reconnect. We could not fill the Laser. Can you please look into the matter?
