PLD is up for usage

Dear All,

PLD is up for the usage as the LASER is working fine now. It can be operate in both HV-N and EGY-N mode. We thank to Vinayak, Sushil, Pradeep and EMT group for their support during LCB-board installation.

PLD-2 vacuum condition has been checked by Seeraj on Saturday and it is working fine.

@Facilty Team: Please remove all the empty boxes which are kept near the LASER in the service corridor.
