PLD-2 slots re-adjustment

Dear PLD-2 AUs,

As per the originally planned schedule, following was the order of slots booked on the tool:

Rajashree - 7days

Himanshu- 4days

Kaustubh - 4 days

Himanshu -3 days

Seeraj - 7 days

Sourabh - 7 days

Dinesh - 4 days

Due to delay in facilities and lab opening, the above slots began a week late. Hence, the new shifted dates are as follows:

Rajashree - 7days - 8th May to 14th May - done

Himanshu- 4days - 15th May to 18th May - ongoing

Kaustubh - 4 days - 19th May to 22nd May 

Himanshu -3 days - 23rd May to 25th May

Seeraj - 7 days - 26th May to 1st June

Sourabh - 7 days - 2nd June to 8th June

Dinesh - 4 days - 9th June to 12th June

So please follow the above schedule. In case any user has a problem with the assigned dates, please exchange your slot with another AU so that the system does not remain idle.

Also, once you have finished your slot, you can book the next slot as per availability - this ensures that there is even rotation amongst all AUs.

@Sourabh, please forward this to Himanshu and send me his gmail id - I did not have it and hence he is not added to this google group mailing list.
