So... there are forces gathering to encourage a Zappa thing even yet
this year. Hooray. We skipped the early summer this time due to a
daughter's marriage, and ensuing projects.
However, Dave proposes a date in September, after Labor Day, I am
thinking the 12th.

I'm glad this came up before I forgot.
we're cancelling due to lack of interest, and due to too many adverse
circumstances.

I apologize for not writing sooner, it is just not to be.

I do have a friend offering indoor space for something possibly around
Halloween, but I am still not sure. (Vice President Not Sure).

Yes, I apologize to all, but it was not to be.

there arose a number personal issues for myself and Dave.

If, on the other hand, anyone else would like to organize a jam of any kind, myself (and Dave) would love to participate, but neither of us are gonna be able to host.

Stay tuned - we might do something in a friend's place of business up north here around Halloween. Expect it to be very loosely organized...
