TUSLA INSPECTION report

Hi girls, I have got a draft Tusla inspection report, you can have a look if you wish. After each report CAPA is needed - this is my answer, basically I need to tell them what I did, or will do to be compliant in pointed areas, I have attached it as well. 

A big ? is nappy changing unit based in the toilet, technically is prohibited, I tried to offer the partitioner, we will see if they accept it. If you have any idea what we could do in this area, I will really appreciate your suggestions as always:)
