Pause and rewidnd

I would like to see pause and rewind so I can easily skip to parts I
need to look at and see several times. And pause :-)

Thnx for your feedback.
Speed-control and pause are on top of the list..there are also some
other things which need to be fixed (zsh recordings), but will
definately keep you up to date!
