Play 2.5 with Silhouette 4.0 - Credential Provider

Hello All,

How do I initialize Silhouette Environment Object with Credential Provider-
--Module.scala

Environment[JWTEnv](
  identityService,
  authenticatorService,
  Seq(),    // -- This is place where I should specify Credential Provider, but not able to set it.
  eventBus
)
