I'm trying to use Play with Eclipse Helios. I've followed the
instructions, but when I try to start the app (having made no changes
to it yet) I get this:

Listening for transport dt_socket at address: 8000
22:54:49,035 INFO ~ Starting /Users/ian/workspace/helibase
22:54:49,294 WARN ~ You're running Play! in DEV mode
22:54:49,434 ERROR ~ Could not bind on port 9000

I've checked and I'm reasonably sure there is nothing listening on
port 9000, as you can see lsof returns nothing:

~ $ lsof -i | grep 9000
~ $

Any ideas?

Ian.
