How to stop a prod server on Play! 2.0

I try the "play start" command to run a Play! 2.0 app in prod mode.
But I can't find the command like "play stop" to stop a prod mode server run in the background.
And at last, I have to stop the server by kill the process. Obviously, that's not a good solution.

Do you have any idea about this?

killing the process is the right solution. Btw we have added a 'stop'
command in the trunk, but it just call kill.

Is that still the case? couldn't find a stop command in play 2.2.0, or did I miss it?
