[2.0] Remote debug in test mode

Hi,

when running test in the console the JVM is forked. Would there be a
way to also debug when that happens? (might be tricky to run the
debugger if it is a different port, so perhaps pausing for a few
seconds would help, not sure)

The JVM is not forked anymore while running tests.
