to Play Framework
Hi all,

I am Gabriel and I am new to Play Framework, which I've been studying it for about 2 weeks.
I am also new on Docker and I've been studying it for the last 3 days.

I just created a docker image of the Play Seed Template for scala (https://github.com/playframework/play-scala-seed.g8) that has the main purpose to start the seed template and run it with default parameters. I started it like a POC (Prove of Concept) for myself, to learn more about Play and Docker.
The Dockerfile is published in github and the image is published in docker hub.

Could you guys please comment about what you think about this? Any suggestion/recomendations or even contribution are greatly welcome :)

Another thing:
I have noticed that most of tutorials, git repositories, documentations and docker images are created through Activator. Since activator is coming to an end (and for that same reason, I never tried it), I was thinking to create a new docker image where it would receive a directory containing the Play application and it would start it in a docker container.
What do you thing? It would be good?

Github Dockerfile:

Docker Repository:

Thanks and regards,
