Not knowing others, but one of teams in the company I work for released http://57hao.com/ a few days ago which uses Japid. Sorry it's a Chinese web site for takeout/takeaway information sharing community, hosted in Shanghai, China. It's heavy in Graphics and might be slow if your connection is not that good. In their case the data rendering step usually takes less than 3 ms. Data retrieving is another story. One of their favorite features is the page fragment cache support (http://wiki.github.com/branaway/Japid/server-side-include-with-japid)  and they tend to over-use it.

There are two other web projects to be released soon on Play/Japid, all medium sized.  Altogether, we have about 10 developers working on various projects in Play with Japid and so far I haven't received any major bug reports from them or from external uses. Admittedly the documentations is not comprehensive nor up to the date. Sorry for that.

thank you very much for your answer, 57hao.com is a good reference and
enough for me (3 ms is really perfect). i like your optimization
aproach and also wish to learn your data retrieving and other
techniques if possible (maybe you use postgres or mongodb or
cassandra ?).

best regards
sirmak

Well, the site is in no way a demo of web best practices. In fact it doesn't
score high if one checks with YSlow. It uses Nginx as the web front,
Postgres as DB. It needs more work in SEO, etc.
