error in 'htslibWrapper.Samfile.getrname'

Hi Andy,

I'm using Platypus version 0.8.1 for years with satisfaction and never got this error before.

I previoulsy align Illumina paired-end reads with bwa mem.

After the platypus step, I found this error in my logfile:

Exception ValueError: ValueError('tid (-12650) out of range 0<=tid<66750',) in 'htslibWrapper.Samfile.getrname' ignored

At the end, vcf file is empty.
