css file for devise... how to do ?

HI, i see an other one had the same kind of problem in 2011... no one answered.
How to have/include a CSS file for devise can rea and use it ? (don't tell me to customize by the views, i done it allready... but i have difficulties to get style customization by this way... and i'm searching for a better CSS file to be read from classic stylesheet directory in rails-4 framework)
Maybe it is not difficult... so let's just help by tell me how to do please.
