about action mailer

hi I have 3 methord to send auto mail on application mailer to of them can send mail but when we call 3rd method that gives unprocessable entity 422 error, what do i do to run that, since it sends mail on localhost and heroku but it does not sends mail  at web server . I would be very thankful towards your suggestions.
