Wrong Plastimatch results on 3D slicer

Hi everyone,
I'm using the "B-spline deformable registration" (Plastimatch) module, on 3D Slicer, but I get unacceptable results and I don't understand what I'm doing wrong ..

This is what I get after applying the Transform (moving->fixed) output to the moving segmentation (The DICOM image is the fixed one, so they should overlap perfectly).
