Mha structures to dicomrt

Dear Dr. Sharp and Plastimatch community,

I have a directory with some binary structures stored as mha files.
I would like to save all this structures into a dicomrt, can I do this using Plastimatch?

Very unfortunately, this is not currently possible.

 

I will try to fix plastimatch so it can do this, and will send an update to the list when I'm finished.

Hi Paolo,

 

I made a patch to implement this.  If you now use --input-prefix option, it will load all the

files in that directory (must be mha format) as a separate structure.  The name of the

structure is set from the file name.  Could you please give it a try, and let me know

if it is working for you?

I updated Plastimatch and I tried the new feature, it works!
Anyway I get another problem: when I try to convert a dicomrt into different mha files Plastimatch crashes and prints:
segmentation fault (core dumped).

With the revision #3240 there aren't problems, all works well.

plastimatch convert --input=dicomrt.dcm --interpolation=nn --output-type=uchar --referenced-ct=ct_dir --output-prefix=mha_dir
