I have a reconstruction data-set from a TrueBeam consisting of ".ct"
files (Slice00000.ct,...).

The file header contains the following signature 22 bytes into the
file:
RVMS.CBCT.Common, Version=2.1.5.1, Culture=neutral,
PublicKeyToken=bd317adc1d7d9856

Has anyone found any documentation describing the file format.

Scott

Hi,

have you made progress on this? So far, all I know is that image data begins at 1196 bytes and consists of little-endian 16-bit integers. Would like to know the position of image file dimension in the header...
Best,

Hi Philippe,

Unfortunately I don't have a TrueBeam system.
Here we have OBI 1.4 which uses the older file format.

Could you prepare a phantom data for analysis?

Greg
