Hi Andrew,
For isocentric imaging, the default nrm is pointing toward the source, and the default vup is (0,0,1). These are reasonable defaults; the detector will be opposite the source and square wrt the CT. If you are doing non-isocentric imaging, please provide a bit more description.
Can you please verify the CT geometry? The CT geometry can be found by running "plastimatch header" on the CT image. Then, please give an example of command line parameters you think should work but isn’t working.
