Hello all,
We are trying to convert a RTStruct to a .mha file using Plastimatch. The RTStruct is linked to MR images with coronal orientation. As shown below, the geometry is well understood from PIH. However, it seems like the transformation is not applied to the rasterization geometry and the resulting warp is wrong.
Does someone know an easy fix for this?
