I suppose this would be a question for the docker biocontainers team.
I’m willing to help, but I don’t know very much about docker.

Apparently one is supposed to make a pull request. The previous Dockerfile looks like this.

Plastimatch version in Debian 12 (bookworm) is 1.9.3, should be simple enough to create a new Dockerfile to use that version.
