Plastimatch B-spline deformable registration in 3D Slicer (interactive option)

Hi all,

I would like to ask a question about the Plastimatch option B-spline deformable registration of Slicer RT. I've seen that you can use several stages in order to refine your registration. The last option is to use an interactive registration to manually control the registration (I attach an image about the option to clarify the problem). I would like to use this option because the registration is almost perfect but i need to refine a certain area that is not improving although increasing the number of iterations. However, I do not know how to use it. I have been looking for documentation or tutorials but I haven't found anything about it. Could you help me about how to interact with the registration? Hi Roberto,

Sorry, that specific interactive option doesn't work.
I should disable it in the GUI.

To use landmark guidance for intensity-based registration,
instead you should use the following procedure:

Step 1:
Make fixed landmarks on fixed image
Make moving landmarks on moving image.
The matching points should be in the same order.

Step 2:
Choose fixed fiducials.
Choose moving fiducials.

Step 3:
Choose an appropriate value for Landmark Penalty.
The default values are too low. Try something bigger,
like 1 or 10.
