Hi there,

Is there any suggestion?

I also would like to edit the following information. I would like to use Plastimatch with CERR in order to register two CT images. When I reviewed some threads with regard to use Plastimatch with CERR,  I found most users use Plastimatch that is compiled from the source. I tried to compile from source, but at the end there is no plastimatch.ext and there errors aa listed below:

Hi Hussam,

First, I can't think of any reason not to use the binary version if you are on windows. So I would try that first.

If you prefer to compile from source, that is ok too. Please let me know which plastimatch version (git or tarball), and which ITK version.

I used this link (https://gitlab.com/plastimatch/plastimatch), it was downloaded as a ZIP file, then extracted the folder and compiled as recommended in this link(https://plastimatch.org/building_plastimatch.html#building-plastimatch).

OK, that is a good version. Which ITK version? You will need to compile it separately, as the SuperBuild is broken.
