DESICCANT AGENTS / MOISTURE ABSORBERS ZENA 10 Aplications; ZENA 10 is a soft granule of 80 % calcium oxide coated with special dispersing agents to delay reactivity and is used as a desiccant in rubber compounds  which are cured pressurless (Micro wavesystem, LCM, Hot air or Fluid bed) Moisture which presents in all rubber chemicals, especially fillers, will be absorbed and the calcium oxide will change to calcium hydroxide after reaction with the moisture. ZENA 10 can be used in PVC-plastisols, for carpet-back layers, polysulfide- and silicone-compounds, polyurethane-systems as well as for metal-pigment-colors containing solvents. ZENA 10 can be used high loaded filler masterbatch for desiccant agent Pressurless continuous curing systems like Micro wave, LCM, Hot air, Fluid beds, Low pressure curing in the cable industry, ZENA 10 can be supplied in sachets containing any weight between 1 kg and 20 kg to suit customers requirements.
