Ihave the Enscape Free Trial and Sketchup Free Trial on my computer. Everytime the Enscape loading screen opens up it just suddenly disappears, I'm assuming it crashes as it doesn't open up in a new browser or anything like that. Sketchup, however, does not crash.
I have experience using both Enscape and Sketchup but on the student version so when i originally went to go download the free trial i got an error message that Enscape was already installed so I had to go uninstall an older version of Enscape a few times (for some reason I had multiple versions downloaded). Could this have messed with Enscape at all? Like I said, the loading screen opens just fine but when it's about halfway through loading it just disappears. The Enscape asset library is not opening as well. Is it because I am using the free trials of both Enscape and Sketchup? Both are the most recent versions and I am on a Windows.
Should this make no difference, generally please check if your machine meets our requirements listed here, if possible update your graphics card drivers and in case the latter also doesn't help submit us a support report:
Just so you're aware, reaching out to our dedicated support team using the support button itself is always recommended since this way we'll receive all of your machine information, driver dates as well as log files which will help with troubleshooting this as quickly as possible - Otherwise we have no information to check out what so ever and would be navigating "blindly" if the cause isn't obvious right away like here.
We have received your support request as well, please kindly share your "Machine fingerprint" with my colleague who replied back to you today via e-mail. Afterward we can then renew your trial time accordingly.
However, if you downloaded the ios app via Apple for SketchUp Go (for iPad),the trial of 7 days is automatically converted into a subscription.
One needs to deal with that specific plan via Apple ID settings.
The way I read it, the only limitation on the trial version is the time period for which it can be used. You would need to get a lawyer to interpret the EULA for you, though. None of the Trimble staff can or will make interpretations of the EULA for you.
And the only way I see one making use of the trial period commercially would be that one produces a model or two during the 31 days and use those models to demonstrate their craft to sort of advertise themselves as a qualified artist - if they already know how to use the software that is. They can then buy a full licence if they can draw some clients with their demonstrated skills.
Hello! Thank you for increasing my trial renders I really appreciate it! I tried again today, this time exploding all groups in the model to see if that would help, and also changing the background style. Unfortunately I am still having the same problem - I have attached another screenshot. Any help to troubleshoot this issue would be greatly appreciated!
I've just started a 30 day free trial of Sketchup via Trimble Connect / Choas. I'm finding the software very confusing as there are so many 'download this' and 'install that's to work my way through, but at the end of it all I'm no closer to making progress. I've managed to import a DWG 2D drawing from CAD into Sketchup, then whilst in Sketchup I've drawn the outline for a wall and extruded it so that it's 3D... all fine so far. My problem is I now need to send it to a rendering software so I can tell my boss if I'm able to learn and implement it for future projects, but I can't find the extensions manager anywhere - as a result, I can't find where to add/allow VRay or RayElectron... is this because I'm on a free trial i.e. have some functions been restricted?
I feel like I'm going round in circles. I have to keep re signing in every five minutes, I'm launching god knows how many different versions of the software hoping I might find what I'm looking for but I'm just getting completely lost. I'm a newbie to all this so, if you've got any answers for me, please word it in laymens as best as possible.
The trial should include everything in a studio subscription - including V-Ray. But u need to download the install package from the AMP (Account Mgt Portal) A TID ( Trimble Id) governs all access to Trimble products

My trial is about to expire so I thought it would be appropriate to pass along my evaluation. I will be the first to admit that I am not the greatest artist and I am not an engineer but I must say that i have learned a lot and, in general, have a very positive feeling about Shapespark. Here is a link to the model that I worked on during the trial Car Wash
As a general statement, the perfect product has yet to be offered by anyone. So, yes I think there are opportunities for enhancements that could make the product stronger. Most of them are covered in the Wish List that I referenced so I am not going to go over them in detail again.
As a SketchUp user, one of the things I had to get used to was the terminology. In SketchUp, you work with models while in Shapespark it is a scene. In SketchUp, you have scenes while in Shapespark, they are views. Even thought it was somewhat of a transition, it was certainly not a show stopper. Just have to be careful if you are discussing things with another SketchUp user.
For me the bottom line (as I have already alluded to previously) is that Shapespark is a very good product for presenting 3D models. I think it is reasonably priced and has a lot of potential. While it is not oriented toward product presentations (i.e. presenting mechanical things like an electric drill), it has a lot of strength and potential in presenting and allowing viewers to navigate the interior and exterior views of buildings and other architectural endeavors.
Revu is registered, but a message displays saying the trial is expired when you attempt to use the AutoCAD, Navisworks, Revit, SolidWorks, or SketchUp Pro plugin. If you attempt to register, a message displays reporting the serial number and product key cannot be validated.
I did some editing on a photo while I had Affinity Photo - Trial version. I just purchased the software, opened the photo I'd edited...I re-saved it using the paid-for version, but the watermark remains on it from the trial version (I can't see the watermark in Affinity, or when I simply view the image in Windows, but it shows up when I import the file into another program.) Is there some way to get rid of the watermark?? or will I have to start over and re-edit the photo from the original again? Thx.
Its one of my own photos. There is no watermark on the original and I didn't use any other program that Affinity Photo ... It says "Image" faintly across the middle of the pic. If its not from the trial version then perhaps I somehow added it, myself, unknowingly, in the program. lol. Either way, I'd like to remove it!
Its a program for designing calendars. Its never added it before; I've since edited other photos in Affinity, and imported them into the program no problem. Its just the one I edited with the trial version that its happening with.
Take a look in the layers panel to see if there is a text layer that says "image", if there is no text layer then the watermark is embedded into the actual image, If the watermark is solid any detail below it is lost, if it's translucent you might be able to change the pixels from looking washed out but really I'd just re-edit the original image.
The calendar software is extremely unlikely to be reading the native Affinity file format, so the image must be exported to a JPG, PNG or suchlike.
Do we have a hidden layer in the Affinity file that shows up on the exported raster image due to any flattening process?
Could it be that this calendar software shows this "Image" to tell that the image is only linked and not embedded into the calendar document? Similar to what Affinity shows in the Layers Panel in such cases. Would this "Image" be printed or is it just a hint of the software?
There is no layer for the watermark. I figure its embedded into the image. Just because it doesn't show in windows viewer or affinity doesn't mean it doesn't have a watermark - sometimes you can view images online & they don't have watermarks, but when you download them they do. Thanks for all the comments, but I'm just going to redo the image.

But aren't you talking about a photo image you created yourself & edited in Affinity Photo? Why would you have to upload it to some website & then download it again when you already have it stored locally on your computer?
Is that what you are doing -- uploading your photo to a website? If so, which site are you using? Initially, you said you were importing the file into another program, so which is it? Either way, you need to export the Affinity format file to another format like JPEG or PNG, so can you tell us what format are you exporting to?
I'm new to EnergyPlus, as well as OpenStudio and SketchUp. I've just downloaded E+ 8.6.0, OpenStudio 1.13.0, and SketchUp Make 2016 (currently on 1-month Pro trial), all 64-bit. I'm running Windows 10. EnergyPlus has been tested (as much as can be tested without a UI) and found working. When I went through the OpenStudio installation, it mentioned that SketchUp could not be found installed anywhere on the computer and that when I did install and open SketchUp, I should see the OpenStudio plug-in right away (there weren't really any more specifics). So I installed and opened Sketchup: no joy. I couldn't find the extension anywhere. I even tried uninstalling and then reinstalling OpenStudio to see if I would get shoehorned down the path to the OpenStudio plug-in. Didn't work.
