PlasmaPy Project Update: Version 0.4.0 released and Survey 2020 available

Dear PlasmaPy Community,

A few recent updates:

• PlasmaPy Version 0.4.0 has recently been released. See here for details on the updates, additions, and fixes. 
• Survey 2020 is available here. Getting responses to this survey is very important for establishing a baseline as we begin to expand the PlasmaPy project.  If you can, please fill it out even if you have not yet had the opportunity to use PlasmaPy itself. The results will also help us guide where to best direct our time and resources as we move forward.
