I had a quick glimpse at your project. Maybe anyone could comment on the following questions:
- is it correct that this plasma data project is on astrophysical plasmas?
- Is PlasmaPy able to compute electrical conductiviy for a gas mixtures (lets say, air + copper vapor, H2+N2, etc.)?
I am working on electrical arcs, i.e., thermal plasmas at atmospheric pressures (T ~ 30 kK, p ~ 1 bar). The most important quantities are electrical conductivity (units: S/m) (for the electrical problem) and absorption coefficient (units: 1/m) (for the radiative heat transfer problem). Would it be an option to extend PlasmaPy with these aspects (of not existing already?)
