Multiple Mouse / Trackball Input for Plasmacore

After reviving the Game Cabinet to its working state and gathering up
all relevant documentation, it occurred to me that the two glowing
blue trackballs still map to the same mouse input within Plasmacore.
According to <ahref="http://www.jstookey.com/arcade/rawmouse/">this
site</a>, Microsoft has removed multiple mouse input from DirectX,
which means we won't be able to use both of the beautiful glowy blue
trackballs at the same time without using raw_mouse.

Can has raw_mouse?

Ah, cool, didn't know about raw_mouse. That actually dovetails nicely
with what I'm working on this very moment: adding multiple mouse
infrastructure to Plasmacore to support iPhone touches as mouse
inputs.

After I finish iPhone Plasmacore I'll be reintegrating my changes into
the PC version, so I'll add in the raw_mouse support then. I'll guess
it'll take me a month to get there.
