Startup tasks for students interested in AutoMan projects

Hello everyone!

  A big welcome to our potential GSoC recruits!  The first batch of startup tasks are available now, for our AutoMan projects.  We will be posting more startup tasks soon for Doppio, SurveyMan, and Coz.  Stay tuned!

  Each AutoMan project idea has a list of tasks every potential applicant should be able to do in 2-3 days.  If you would like to be considered for a project, you must perform all of the tasks listed and show us your work.

  We are posting these Startup Tasks because they help everyone set reasonable expectations.

  1. Startup tasks help YOU determine whether you will like the kind of work that our projects entail.  They should also give you confidence that you can participate in the projects we’re proposing.

  2. Startup tasks help US to determine whether you are capable of making progress over the summer.
