reminder on the task distributions:

- icon : akmal

- mass bal for additional separator : sam

- energy balance for additional separator: wani

- HI and economics: aishah

- reactor changing from fluidized bed to fixed bed reactor : osama and waddaa

i hope the final pfd (after review with lecturer, adding separator and pumps if needed) can be completed by monday, so that i can do the HI and cost estimation on monday and tuesday.. thx~

I've put in the pumps and distillation column. but cannot solve for the distillation column yet. I've asked other groups, and they haven't done it also. some just sell the isobutane as it is.

then, my suggestion is  we stay to our original idea, maybe we can sell the isobutane but at lower price rather than dispose it away... akmal, how about you email dr. yeong telling her that you encounter a problem in solving the icon and ask her cn we use the same pfd with additional of pump maybe??

ok. I give up. haha.. managed to solve the distillation column. but for some reason the compositions of the products didn't show. maybe someone could try to adjust it for me? so close already..
