Can time be defined/shown as 24-hour clock?

Hello,
I have just managed to get a calendar running and would like to see times as a 24-hour clock (often called "military time" in US).
Is this possible? If so how do I do it?

Thought to look in plans_config.pl and found twentyfour_hour_format.
