New page added "Local Resources"

I've added a page to the Google group listing local cloth diapering
resources. If anyone is aware of additional resources please let know
so I can add them to the list. I did not include Peppermint Baby
because their website currently says the retail location is closed.

I have been buying lots of dipes from Kristi Rooks of Hip Green Baby.  She's online but located in Anna and she'll also do dipe parties.  She'll meet you if you do not want to pay shipping.
