ICAPS 2027 Location Survey

Dear Members of the ICAPS Community, 

ICAPS 2027 is planned to take place in Columbia, South Carolina, USA from June 27th - July 2nd. The chairs are planning to organize outreach activities to attract participants from the region specializing in large language models and deep reinforcement learning.

There is a contingency plan to move the conference to Mexico should the US location prove to be untenable. In such a case, the planned outreach activities are unlikely to take place.

The purpose of this survey is to collect information from potential ICAPS 2027 attendees. This is not a vote, but the results of this survey will be used by the ICAPS 2027 organizers and the ICAPS council to make decisions.
