New Solver Frontend

Hi all,

Thanks to Simon Vernhes, the solver project now has a front end to test the remote planner with any of the problems in the API. You can see it in action here:

- http://solver.planning.domains/list

The integration also ships with the latest version of the open source solver project, so update your repos if you'd like to have the same interface to test your own remote planner. It's quite good for quickly debugging what the planner is doing remotely, and is also excellent for exploring the collections / domains / problems in the API.

Feedback and suggestions are more than welcome, and thanks again to Simon for putting it together!
