New Editor and API versions

Hi all,

Although I haven't had a chance to share the info through this group, there has been quite a bit of progress recently. Version 0.2 of the API is now available (bringing in tags, plan submission / retrieval, custom attribute access, etc), and a major update to the editor has occurred as well -- plugins!

Feel free to check both out, and let me know if there are any questions. For those interested in the editor plugins, the ICAPS tutorial video will be posted soon, and the resources for the tutorial can be found here:

That's all for now. In the coming weeks, I will be focused on fixing up some of the major bug reports with the editor, finally incorporating the pull requests for the benchmark sets, and then expanding the API to other formalisms (FOND, PPDDL, RDDL, RMPL, etc).
