New Solver Version: One Execution Only

Hi all,

Finally got around to closing a finicky bug that allowed the solver-in-the-cloud to run away with lost memory. This was especially problematic after several difficult problems were sent to the server. Now, a "Server Busy" message is returned when a problem is currently being solved, and the time / memory limits are set far better.

Once we wrap up the testing page (issue 8), we'll start up the first round of the ultra agile track (there are already some early entries waiting to de-thrown the current planner!). Stay tuned for more updates soon.
