Dear Maksim,

Thanks for using Planmine!
One easy way to get aminoacid sequences is to download a S mediterranea transcriptome assembly (i.e. dd_Smed_v6) from planmine (Data sources - http://planmine.mpi-cbg.de/planmine/aspect.do?name=Transcriptomes) and run transdecoder (https://github.com/TransDecoder/TransDecoder/wiki) on it.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have further questions.

Best,

AndreiR

Dear colleagues,
Thank you for extremely important and useful resource. I am writing to you asking for access to the all predicted aminoacid sequences for Schmidtea mediterranea S2FS genome or any instruction how I can get all proteins from this genome for further research. I would be very grateful for your help.

Yours sincerely,
