Ive played through all of Arkham Asylum and I still don't remember how to do this - I see question marks all over the place in detective mode, but holding down "L2" doesn't seem to scan them no matter how I try to align it. (I don't even get a "misaligned" message.) How do you scan the question marks?

I had the same problem when i started the game! Once you enter one of the first areas in the story mode, the "scan" option opens up to you. You're prompted to scan two trophies locked in an elevator shaft so you can come back to them. Once you do that, you'll be able to scan whenever you'd like. Confusing, but that's how it goes.

Dedicate a moment to familiarize yourself with this rather complicated puzzle. You have to turn off six interactive question marks in a short period of time. Three of them are on your current level #1 and the other three a bit higher #2.

Now you have to QUICKLY throw three Batarang #1 by pressing the left trigger three times. They should automatically fly towards the upper question marks and turn them off. If you have made it in time, you can return down and collect the prize #2.

Bleake Island is the far Northeastern island of Gotham, and the place where Batman's story begins in Arkham Knight. It is home to notable locations such as the GCPD, Panessa Studios, the Clocktower, and Ace Chemicals.

You can find this trophy hiding behind a wall just North of the bridge to Ace Chemicals. Since it's up high and cant be broken by flying into it, park the Batmobile on the bridge and blow up the wall.

If this is your first encounter with a Riddler Robot, destroy it, and use the chip inside to mimic the Riddler's commands with your Synthesizer. Remain out of line of sight to the robot, and use the gadget to direct it to cross the electrified ground to grab the trophy and bring it back, then destroy it to get the trophy.

Located in a warehouse on the opposite side of the bridge leading to Ace Chemicals, hit the question switch with the up arrow to raise the containers and grab the trophy. Doing so will unleash Ridder Bots armed with guns, so to avoid them, toss a Remote Batarang from behind cover and hit the question mark with the down arrow to crush the bots.

Find the strange looking Riddler marker, and use the Batmobile's sonar device to ping the ground to reveal a trail of question marks. Follow them under the bridge, then along the bridge leading to Ace Chemicals. Once you arrive, shoot the final marker on the crossway between the two towers to enter the area and get the trophy.

Look for the green winch marker next to the bridge to Ace Chemicals, and fire the Batmobile's line to grapple and pull the winch out. Once it's out, leave the batmobile as is and collect the trophy inside.

Once you have gotten to the part of the Gunrunner side quest where you must travel underground to get into the building where Penguin is hiding his weapons, enter the large garage area and enter the room at the top to find the trophy.

On a building near the center of Chinatown lurks a group or Riddler Bots. Take them out, then throw a batarang at the question switch to revive them. Every time you take a robot out, a light around the trophy will go on. Defeat enough bots to light them all and claim your prize.

When you arrive at the tower near the middle of Chinatown, you'll be met with two sets of numbers. These are co-ordinates that will bring you to the bridge near Panessa Studios. Bring the Batmobile along and look for a winch to latch on to, and charge the generator. Doing so will release the cage guarding the trophy back at the tower, but only for a limited time. Race back to the tower and launch out of the Batmobile to reach it in time.

Look on top of a building near the Bleake Island Bank to find a Riddler Bot and 2 turrets under a glass floor. Order the bot to disable the first turret, and use the Remote Hacking Device to blind the second turret while you order the Bot to quickly grab the trophy and head outside the glass where you can steal it.

Between the Clocktower and a Militia road block you'll find a green shipping container with two wheels, a generator, and a winch point. Use the Batmobile to pull out the winch to connect the two wheels, and power the device with the Remote Electrical Charge to cause the gate to lift, opening the trophy to you.

Look near the bridge leading to Panessa Studios (on the GCPD side) to find three circular grates on a wall hiding a trophy. Hit the question switch to enter the far left side, and use the Batmobile remotely to pull out the blocks seperating you from the trophy on the other side.

Climb the tower near the last trophy to find another set of coordiantes leading you to the blocked bridge on Miagani Island. Power the generator with the Batmobile winch to set up another race back to the trophy. Follow the blue arrows while in the batmobile until you go straight across a bridge and ramp off of a green streetsign and eject to fly up and grab it quickly before time runs out.

Look for two large connected buildings with a watchtower on top, and drive beneath them to find a breakable section on the floor connecting the bridges. Destroy it with the Batmobile to get the trophy.

Head down the train yard to find a puzzle with 5 question mark switches behind glass, with several circular windows. Use the Batmobile remotely to grab the winch and pull the quesiton marks down. As you let go, they will slowly rise up, passing the windows. To hit all 5, quickly target the 2nd from the left, far right, far left, 2nd to the right, and finally middle.

Head down into the ravine seperating Panessa Studios from the rest of Bleake Island, and locate a puzzle on the wall with a ball holding the trophy. To get it, use the winch to pull out a section, and then let go to launch the ball up. Don't pull back too far or you will overshoot.

Look for the lone shipping container near the bridge to Panessa Studios. Some vents are blocking your entrance to the trophy, and the vents are too low to hit with a Freeze Blast. Instead, pull out the block from the side of the container using the Batmobile winch, and spray explosive gel on the block. Release the block back into the container and detonate it to destroy the vents, then slide through the container to grab the trophy.

On the roof of the Panessa Studio near the entrance, look for a lone Riddler Bot standing next to two pads. Use the synthesizer to direct him to stand on one pad (while avoiding his line of sight), and stand on the open pad to open up the trophy for grabbing.

Head to the center of the parking lot for Panessa Studios where a tall puzzle tower awaits. In order to bring the tower down, latch onto the winch at the base of the tower and swivel the tower to expose the question switches, then hit all of them.

This trophy lies behind a breakable wall along the raised section leading to Panessa Studios - the very same path you took during the main campaign. Return by driving off the ramp near the lighthouse and navigate the roof, then destroy the wall to get the trophy.

Head to the rood of the Panessa Studios near the helipad, and look among the small rooms and walkways for a stairs down into a hall. Slip into a grate on the side to enter a blocked room where you'll find a trophy.

Head around the side of Panessa Studios to find a tunnel under the building. Here you'll find a large room on the side with a forcefield. Latch on to the generator to find that it will charge up your Batmobile's systems. When it's charged, unleash an EMP blast to temporarily stop the forcefield. Eject and unleash a line from your Line Launcher mid glide to stay above the force field. When it reappears - hit the now lighted question marks to get the trophy.

Near the ledge you used in the main story to drive the Batmobile up the wall of Panessa Studios (using the winch), you'll find a Riddler Sonar device. Ping it with the batmobile's sonar to start string of question marks. Follow them down the building, into the tunnel, and out into the canal, where they will end on the underside of a bridge. Blow open the area to grab the trophy. If the string of question marks ever gets interrupted, make sure to look up and at walls or move backwards a little and scan to pick up the trail again. You rarely have to go back all the way to the beginning when losing the trail.

Park your Batmobile near the far wall of the Panessa Studios on top of a green pad, which will light up question marks across the wall. Quickly use the Batmobiles weapons to shoot out the targets as they appear. Since the batmobile will automatically switch to riot pellets when hovering over a switch, you can let loose with your Vulcan Gun as you sweep the area.

Once you have completed the second part of the Creature of the Night side quest in Gotham's Most Wanted, head to the small alley in Chinatown near the bridge leading to Ace Chemicals. Enter the door and descend down the elevator into the laboratory. Once inside, look at the wall with the large drawing and scan it with detective vision.

Enter Oracle's Clocktower and look for the grandfather clock on the right side. Scan the switch with your Remote Hacking Device to reveal an area behind the bookcase. Scan it with your detective vision.

Enter the Clocktower on the ground floor and move up the stairs to the top floor of the offices. Near the door leading back outside, look for a picture on the wall advertising a masqerade ball, and scan it with your detective vision.

This riddle will only appear towards the tail end of the game, and once you have started taking out Militia Watchtowers and Road Blockades. When it does, enter the communications room of the GCPD, and look for the new photo that's been added on the wall, and scan it with detective mode.

Known for his purple domino mask and green question mark-covered costume, either as a skintight cat suit or a business suit and bowler hat and his special question mark shaped cane, the Riddler is obsessed with riddles, puzzles, and word games. He delights in forewarning police and Batman of his capers by sending them complex clues.
